Postgraduate Studies
In my particular situation, it is
absolutely necessary to do Postgraduate Studies, because when I finish my career
I will have a “general psychologist” degree, and I can not start to work just
with that. I will have to specialize so I will have better oportunity jobs.
I am not really sure about what type of
subjects I would like to study, but I want to work with children in some institution
(hopefully in SENAME or similar institutions). In related to that, I believe I
will study something about Systemic Therapy or Educational Psychology, Juridical Psychology or maybe
something about Community Psychology. I would like to learn about all those subjects,
but also it is something I will think better in the future, when the times comes.
I have not thought about it too much,
but I would like to start doing Postgraduate Studies here in Chile, and study
in another country after that.
I would like to do a part-time course,
or whatever that allows me to study and work at the same time.
I am really interested in a type of
practical course called EQTASIS (or something similar, I do not remember the
name well) that is about Systemic Therapy. It is a course I can take in any
moment,
while I study my undergrad career or after that, and in that course I will be able to see a complete therapy in a mirror room, something that I will never be able to do in the entire career im studying now.
